The Remembering Retreats

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that The Remembering Retreats have a limited number of attendees to provide a more personalized, intimate experience. Our cancellation policy is in place to address unexpected cancellations and share the associated expenses.

-Hold Deposits: These deposits are non-refundable for any reason, once the deposit is put down to hold your space, you agree to all terms and conditions of the retreat.

- Full Balance: The full balance is due 60 days before the start date of the retreat unless otherwise noted.

We understand that no one plans to cancel a retreat, but unforeseen events can occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. No exceptions can be made for reasons such as weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. The Remembering Retreat fees will not be refunded for failure to attend, incomplete attendance, arriving late, or leaving early. We encourage you to purchase your own travel insurance to cover medical expenses and trip cancellation.

Please note that The Remembering Retreats cannot be held responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

Disclaimer:

The Remembering Retreats and all individuals involved (referred to as "AGENTS") act as agents for the participants in all travel, sightseeing, and transportation matters. AGENTS are not responsible for any damage caused by any cause. They are not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience due to late departures, schedule changes, strikes, or any other conditions. AGENTS are not responsible for the loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings. Prices are accurate at the time of printing but are subject to currency changes. AGENTS shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, accident, delay, loss, damage, or property damage due to force majeure or any other losses or damages. In case of litigation, it shall take place in Orange County, CA, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to the recovery of reasonable attorney's fees and court costs.

Participants are responsible for their own self-care and any injuries incurred during the retreat. Modifications are provided to students with specific needs.

By participating in a retreat, guests acknowledge and agree to the use of their images and photos online and publicly.

Online Disclaimer Addendum:

By participating in any online program of The Remembering, you agree to release The Remembering/Lindsey Meehleis from any claims or causes of action and assume all risks associated with these activities. Consult with your physician before starting any exercise program.

By choosing to participate in this retreat, you waive and release The Remembering/Lindsey Meehleis from any liability and responsibility for injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future.

Privacy Policy:

We collect information for various purposes, including personalizing your experience, responding to customer service requests, and processing transactions. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes, and we do not sell, trade, or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties.

We may use first-party and third-party cookies to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions. You can set your preferences for Google advertising and opt-out through the Google Ad Settings page or Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page.
